About these terms

These terms govern purchases and use of the Signtasy online store. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & warranty policy form part of your order terms. Specific specifications, price and timing agreed in your final written quote form part of the order; we will obtain your agreement to any proposed change before production.

Custom design & approval

1. Choose your wording, font, color, size, backing and accessories, or send artwork and installation requirements for a quote. Saving a design or sending an enquiry does not place a paid order.
2. We review manufacturability and send the final design proof and itemized quote. Check spelling, dimensions including the backboard, colors, layout, power requirements, mounting, outdoor suitability, accessories, delivery address and the total price.
3. Approve the final proof explicitly in writing. Silence, a screen preview, a saved configuration or a request for a drawing is not approval. If the design changes, approve the revised proof.
4. Pay the confirmed order total using the secure checkout or invoice provided. Standard quoted custom orders require full payment after approval and before production. No deposit or installment plan applies unless the written quote expressly states its amount, due dates and balance conditions.
5. We start production only after written approval and payment are both received, then dispatch with tracking.

If an existing catalog product is purchased through checkout, payment is taken at checkout. Any required customization proof must still be approved before manufacture. A payment receipt acknowledges payment; the final approved order details define what will be made. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled amount.

Specifications, estimates & prices

Our online designer shows a visual concept and price estimate. Final manufacturable dimensions, material details, power equipment and outdoor protection are confirmed in the proof and quote. Screen colors and photographed scale may differ from real-world appearance. Minor handmade variation is normal, but the delivered product must materially match the agreed specification.

The displayed base estimate and selected priced upgrades are shown separately. Options marked “to confirm” are excluded until quoted. Shipping, taxes we collect and any rush fee are disclosed before payment as described in our Shipping Policy. Unless expressly included, destination import and clearance charges may be assessed separately by the relevant authority or carrier. We do not add an unapproved production surcharge after you pay. If there is an obvious pricing or specification error, we will explain it and ask whether you want to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund before production.

First-order promotions apply only under the published offer conditions. The current 10% first-order offer applies to eligible merchandise; eligibility is verified at checkout. Shipping and taxes are excluded, the offer cannot be combined with other offers, and a custom design requires a confirmed quote.

Order changes, cancellations & faults

A paid custom order may be canceled for a full refund before physical production starts. Once production starts, change-of-mind cancellation or return is unavailable. Faulty goods, transit damage, our errors and mandatory legal rights are covered by the Returns & warranty policy, including the 12-month limited warranty for new orders. Request any change as soon as possible; additional work or cost requires your agreement.

Artwork & safe installation

Submit only wording, logos and artwork you have permission to use. You give us permission to use those files to review and fulfill your order; this does not transfer ownership. We may decline unlawful or infringing requests. Install the sign using the supplied instructions and approved power equipment, secure mounting and the conditions specified for your build. Electrical work requiring a licensed installer should be completed by a qualified professional.

Website use & disputes

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders. Website information may be updated, but an update does not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement. Contact support first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or requires you to waive the consumer protections available where you live.
